NewCon completed a copper tailings expansion project in North America, where we replaced 60 of our competitor’s valves with 28”, 36”, and 40” NewCon knife gate slurry valves. We provided Codelco, the world’s largest copper producer, with over 100 large diameter valves for a tailings line expansion at Chuquicamata in Chile, and have been successful in installing our valves in several of the major copper concentrators in Chile.
Our worldwide installed base continues to grow in mining projects in countries such as Laos, Brazil, Argentina, China, and Australia, among others.
